Summary: I was very impressed by the welcome that we received. The baking stations were well set up in advance with easy to follow instruction and recipe booklets. We were taken through each step of asking sourdough with great care, attention and assistance when needed. Top class ingredients were used and nothing was too much bother. Lunch was superb! And we all came away with professional-looking sourdough bread. I would thoroughly recommend this class to anyone interested in learning to make sourdough.
